About the Position
RRS is seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our business development team and across our hubs on marketing campaigns, analyzing data, working with vendors as needed to execute on marketing objectives including running of our social media channels, email campaigns, advertisement, conference marketing, event planning, and assisting with adapting our marketing plan as needed based on changing market and business-based conditions.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute RRS’ marketing plan and look for ways to adapt it based on our strategic goals and ever-changing market conditions.
- Analyze marketing data and report on the performance of campaigns to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and the company’s vision and mission.
- Work with business development team to identify specialized campaigns to meet business goals.
- Contribute to the execution of our marketing strategy, including:
- Defining key messages and positions;
- Crafting case studies;
- Developing talking points; and
- Writing and editing key content for all RRS platforms including email campaigns, social media posts, and blog articles.
- Participate in business development team meetings and provide regular updates on marketing progress.
- Manage our brand’s social media presence and engage with followers to build brand awareness and loyalty.
- Enhance our brand’s public presence – including draft abstracts for conferences, finding placements for thought leadership, and ideating on how to increase our brand’s presence.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and make recommendations for incorporating new tactics into our marketing strategy.
- Collaboratively develop standardized processes to help facilitate updating web content, staff bios and photos, company quals, and other company marketing and proposal content.
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing of a consulting firm or similar type of workplace.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing tactics.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
