Senior Sales Representative, Major Accounts (Remote)

Recruitology provides the technical engine and artificial intelligence to 500+ digital job search platforms for the country's premier newspapers and preferred access to hyperlocal distribution partners. We're growing rapidly and are now looking for a Senior Sales Representative to reach out to Major Accounts.

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be part of an energetic and successful team of professionals who are committed to educating customers, providing superior service, and closing active leads for our locally branded Recruitment Advertising Services. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers who are eager to increase their abilities to find, attract, engage, and hire the highest quality candidates they can. In addition to consultative sales to a diverse suite of clients in multiple industries, this role will be actively involved in customer-needs discovery; feeding that information back to the Product and Marketing teams of Recruitology. We value our sales force and will be coming to you for ideas regarding product improvements, marketing strategies and sales tactics. Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in lead development strategies with our expanding suite of channel partners, working with them to prioritize appropriate clients.
  • Utilize designated resources to contact customers and gauge their interest in obtaining products or services offered by the company, analyze each individual and make product recommendations based on the unique needs of each customer.
  • Maintain a data-repository (SalesForce) of customer contact, the outcome of each interaction and issues that need to be flagged for follow up.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, ensure their satisfaction and develop ideas for pitch modification to more successfully present products.
  • Collaborate with professionals from other departments to identify improvements to product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies and other business-related topics
  • Operate in a productive, friendly, professional, and integrity-driven environment; maintaining a positive demeanor and objective approach to customer challenges, should they appear.
